The apartment was near the centre of Ferrara and the hotel staff were very helpful.

We had to leave a deposit of 300 Euros in case of damage and also pay for the apartment when we checked in (which I paid for on my credit card). When we checked out the deposit was returned in cash on the last day of our holiday, as they said they couldn't reimburse my credit card.

Cleanliness could use major improvement!!! Tired-looking furniture is uninviting, and the shower size is quite cramped!!! Parking is overly complicated for daily use, with limited available spaces!!! Improvement in room temperature control needed!!!

The double room had all we needed, including fairly clean bathroom. It was panoramic and had a stunningly beautiful view of the Castle of Ferrara. The property's location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice, close to central square: )

It was surely an excellent stay during a business trip. The location was good, minutes from Ferrara Cathedral. The breakfast was well-stocked and extensive with appetizers and also daily homemade cakes, so much to pick from.

The cozy atmosphere was upgraded with the wonderful view from my room, coupled with the convenience of being just a 5-minute walk from Este Castle. Special shoutout to the staff for their attentiveness and the unique lactose-free options they prepared for breakfast!

A nice and cosy hotel with a very good location nearby the heart of the city. My single room was quite small but practical, cosy and clean. A nice breakfast buffet.

Maybe not the easiest choice when travelling by car.
